Above rates are subject to 10% service charge + 5% government levy + 10% VAT (compounded at 27.05%). Changes or implementation of taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total price. Rates vary according to occupancy. Additional charge will be applied for an extra person.
BC members or the travel agent at the time of booking must “identify” themselves as a member of the Italy Bahrain Business Council and with the company name in order to ensure proper tracking and full benefits.
A company credit card or LPO is required to guarantee the booking. Marriott BonVoy members can take advantage of express pre-registered check-in and express check-out via the Marriott BonVoy app at participating hotels.
To book a room, the Member of the Italy Bahrain Business Council or the travel agent must guarantee the payment the rate of the first night. This payment guarantee can be made by personal check, money order or major credit card.
The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the methods above.
Failure to cancel the reservation by 3.00 pm on the day of arrival will result in a penalty equal to the amount of the first night being charged room and taxes. The remaining nights of the stay will be automatically cancelled.

DELUXE ROOMS
Our 31-sqm Deluxe Rooms are designed to reflect a classic and traditional appeal. These elegant rooms provide you with a home away from home and offer a king size or two twin/single beds, an interactive LCD TV, a lounge chair, fully equipped working desk and High Speed Internet Access. Bathrooms feature a deep soaking bathtub with Asprey amenities and a rain shower head. The rooms also feature a Nespresso machine, tea facilities and a safe. They are located on our first floors and only overlook the skyline of Manama.
Maximum 2 persons, no extra bed permitted. Connecting rooms are available upon request.

Our 45-sqm Club Rooms are contemporary and beautifully appointed and are located on the top floors of the hotel. They feature a comfortable king bed or two twin beds. They are equipped with a walk-in closet, an interactive LCD TV, a lounge chair, fully equipped working desk and High Speed Internet Access.
The luxurious bathroom features separate bath and shower areas with Asprey amenities. These comfortable rooms also have a Nespresso machine, tea facilities and a safe, and offer beautiful views on the Arabian Gulf or on Manama’s skyline.
The Club rooms can accommodate a third person at charge of BHD 40++ (21% charges) per night. The room can accommodate 1 extra bed subject to availability.
CLUB SUITE
Our 64-sqm Club Suites are delightfully appointed with a modern twist. They are a home away from home, a true oasis of relaxation and genuine comfort. These suites feature a spacious separate living area where you can entertain yourself and family and watch your favorite movies or sports, an oversized executive desk and two LCD TVs. The luxurious bathroom features a deep soaking bathtub with The Ritz-Carlton amenities, a rain shower head, embedded “TV-within-a-mirror” and Asprey bath amenities that will enliven your senses.

VILLA
Our 450-sqm Villas exude a relaxed elegance throughout. Surrounded by azure waters, the three-bedroom villas offer an incomparable elegance where it is easy to escape from the ordinary world and enter a place where idyllic stretches of sand slope gently into warm waters of magnificent turquoise blue. The large living room and dining room are the perfect place to reconnect and bond with your family. Each villa has a plunge pool where you can relax in privacy as villas are at least 20 meters away from each other. They have a lot to offer such as a beautiful terrace where we can arrange a romantic alfresco dinner. The luxurious bathroom features a jet-steam bath tub and separate rain-shower. An outside Balinese bed is the perfect place to unwind. Guests of the villas enjoy the services of a Lifestyle Butler who provides a sophisticated blend of knowledge of the destination and the resort facilities.

The Villas of The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain are secluded sanctuaries of exclusivity and luxury. To ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment of all Villa guests, large gatherings of people, loud noises and disorderly behavior conducted are not permitted on the premises. The number of allowed guests staying in the villa is 6. The use of the villas’ swimming pool is at your own risk. Maximum 4 cars registered per villa. Please note that alcohol may not be brought in from outside the property. BD20 will be charged per bottle as a corkage charge and pets are not allowed.

SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT
Airport transfers:
Airport transfers can be arranged upon request by email or telephone and full flight details must be provided on time of reservations. The hotel will not accept airport transfer requests without full flight information.
The following rates are inclusive of service charges and taxes.
Limousine 1-3 people BD 22 per car/way
Exclusive van 1-5 guests BD 25 per van/way
Club Suite and Villa rates include complimentary return airport transfers from Bahrain International Airport and only hotel. This benefit is valid for one (1) vehicle only. Surcharges will apply if additional vehicles are requested. To avail of these services, full flight details must be provided at the time of booking. The hotel will not accommodate Airport transportation requests without full flight details. Unused airport transfer services cannot be exchanged with other services.
The full charge will be applied for transportation cancellations received within 12 hours of the arrival time at Hotels.
Meet & Greet Service: The hotel can provide full VIP service within the airport, for BD 60 per person and non includes airport transfers. For information, call our customer service on +973 1758 0000. The hotel reserves the right to change the above rates without notice.
Work visa:
The hotel can only assist with business visa processing. The cost of the visa processing fee is 50 BD per application and are valid for 7 days from the date of entry into Bahrain. This fee is non-refundable even if the visa is refused by immigration Department. Unused visas will be valid up to 30 days from date of issue (subject to change without notice). Anyone visa extension during the course of stay will cost BD 50 (conditions apply). Once issued the visa and the room the reservation is cancelled, the approved visa remains cancelled. Please note that the Hotel does not guarantee either visa approval. The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain has no influence on this process. It usually takes 10 – 12 business days. Approval will be at the sole discretion of the Bahrain Immigration Office. To assist you, we will need clear copies of your passport and other relevant documents which will be shared upon receipt of the request. Notes visa processing fee is subject to change without notice.
